Under the patronage of the President of Future University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and as part of its commitment to social responsibility and supporting the most needy groups, the Faculty of Science organized a volunteer campaign to distribute Ramadan food baskets to underprivileged families. This initiative aims to strengthen social solidarity and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 1 (No Poverty), Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities).<br /><br />The campaign was supervised by the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, with the participation of the faculty staff. It was carried out by the college’s central sustainability activity coordinators, Dr. Aseel Hashim Radi and Assistant Lecturer Ali Salim Haleem.<br /><br />This initiative is part of a series of activities aimed at raising awareness about the importance of volunteer work and social responsibility, highlighting the role of universities in achieving sustainable development by supporting those in need, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.<br />
