To ensure the continued efficient and accurate operation of the equipment, the biology Department staff, including Professor Dr. Dhurgham Ali Abbas and Assistant Professor Ali Kumait Hamad, performed maintenance on laboratory microscopes.<br /><br />Maintenance included ensuring that the lenses were regularly cleaned using soft cloths or lens cleaning paper. Mechanical components, such as the levers that control lens movement or the telephoto lenses, were checked to ensure that the light source was working properly. The microscope was properly adjusted and that the image was clear when magnifying samples. A full microscope test was performed to ensure that all functions were functioning properly.<br /><br />Maintenance was carried out in accordance with the microscope manufacturer's instructions to ensure the device's longevity.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq.
