With the growing awareness of the importance of mental health, many smart applications have emerged to help individuals improve their mental well-being and manage stress, anxiety, and depression. These applications rely on AI and data analysis techniques to provide personalized support to users.
For example, some apps provide meditation and relaxation programs based on cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, such as "Headspace" and "Calm," which help users reduce stress and improve sleep quality. Other apps use AI to analyze users' emotions through voice texts and chats, such as "Woebot," which provides therapeutic advice based on interactions with the user.
Furthermore, some applications have developed data analysis techniques to identify behavioral patterns associated with depression and anxiety, helping users better understand their mental state and take preventive measures. Some smart platforms also offer online therapy sessions with specialized therapists, making mental health care more accessible.
Despite the significant benefits of these applications, challenges exist regarding the accuracy of analyses and securing user privacy. Therefore, further research is needed to ensure the effectiveness and safety of these applications in supporting mental health.

Al-Mustaqbal University is the first University in Iraq.
