In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure)<br />**Sustainability Project: Encouraging Students in Manufacturing and Innovation** <br /><br />Under the direct guidance and continuous follow-up of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, **Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi**, and with the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, **Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abdul**, the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics at the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies has achieved a remarkable milestone in alignment with **Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure)**. <br /><br />With determination and commitment, the department, under the leadership of **Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Mamouri**, has actively encouraged students to engage in manufacturing and innovation to equip the department’s laboratory with cutting-edge technologies. <br /><br />In this endeavor, the **Sustainability Team**, comprising faculty members **(Assistant Lecturer Muntadher Saleh Mahdi and Engineers Aya Talib Hassan and Hadeer Hossam Hashem)**, along with second-year students, successfully designed and manufactured a **prosthetic limb using 3D printing technology**. This prosthetic was donated to the department’s laboratory, enhancing both educational and research capabilities while fostering students' practical skills and innovation.
