As part of research on the impact of chemicals on public health, lecturer Elaf Ali Obeid conducted a study on the dangers of perfumes and the effects of their chemical compounds on the respiratory system. This study aims to highlight the negative effects of synthetic fragrances, particularly on individuals suffering from allergies or respiratory diseases.<br /><br />The study pointed out that some chemicals used in perfume manufacturing may cause respiratory irritation, potentially leading to long-term health issues such as allergies and breathing difficulties. It also emphasized the importance of seeking safe, natural alternatives to synthetic fragrances to reduce harmful effects.<br /><br />In line with sustainable development goals, the study stressed the importance of good health and well-being by promoting the use of natural products and the necessity of placing warnings on perfumes that may contain substances harmful to health.<br /><br />This study is part of the efforts of Future University - Faculty of Science to support scientific research aimed at improving quality of life and reducing environmental and health risks associated with chemical substances.<br />"AL_mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq"<br /><br /><br/><br/><a href=https://uomus.edu.iq/Default.aspx target=_blank>al-mustaqbal University Website</a>
