Microrobots are a type of small robots developed to perform precise tasks inside the human body, such as delivering drugs to damaged tissues or conducting delicate surgeries. Thanks to advanced manufacturing technologies and artificial intelligence, these robots can operate in difficult environments like blood vessels or internal organs, opening up new possibilities for treating diseases with less intervention and less pain.<br /><br />Microrobots are used to deliver drugs directly to target cells, increasing treatment effectiveness and reducing side effects that may occur in healthy tissues. These robots can also remove diseased cells or collect tissue samples in an extremely precise manner, providing a better alternative to traditional surgery in many cases.<br /><br />These robots can perform precise interventions, such as tumor removal or wound cleaning, without the need for large surgical incisions, enhancing patient recovery. By controlling the robots' movements within the body with high accuracy, the risks associated with traditional surgeries, such as infections or bleeding, can be reduced.<br /><br />However, challenges still exist related to developing manufacturing technologies for these robots that are safe and efficient inside the body, as well as improving their ability to interact with live tissues without affecting the functions of other organs. Nevertheless, as research progresses, these robots could become a key tool in medicine in the future.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University is the first University in Iraq.
