This project was presented by Dr. Mujtaba Abdul-Kadhim Fleiheh, the course coordinator of the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering.<br /><br />The importance of sustainability in this project: <br />The project focuses on improving students' quality of life in the long term and reducing the negative health impacts caused by incorrect habits. This, in turn, enhances academic performance and public health while helping to reduce the future economic burden of spinal issues.<br /><br />The project contributes to achieving the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):<br /><br />- Good Health and Well-being (Goal 3):<br /> It helps alleviate back and neck pain caused by improper sitting, thereby improving the health of students and staff.<br /><br />- Quality Education (Goal 4): <br /> It enhances students' focus and academic performance by promoting healthy sitting postures, which reduces fatigue and exhaustion during study.<br /><br />This project plays a vital role in raising student awareness, improving the learning environment, and promoting sustainable health.
