As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's ongoing commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment, the Women’s Affairs Division, in collaboration with the College of Education, organized an educational workshop titled “Communication and Collaboration Among Students: Constructive Fellowship” on Sunday, April 13, 2025. The session was delivered and supervised by Lecturer Iltifat Aliwi, faculty member at the Department of English and Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College.<br />The workshop aimed to promote the values of cooperation and teamwork among students, while raising awareness of the importance of building positive relationships within the university community—an essential factor in enhancing education quality and academic performance.<br />Key topics covered during the workshop included:<br />• The concept of constructive fellowship and its impact on the learning environment<br />• Methods for effective communication among students inside and outside the classroom<br />• The importance of respecting diversity and embracing different viewpoints<br />• The role of teamwork and collaboration in the success of student projects and activities<br />The session witnessed active engagement from students, who shared personal stories and experiences, and posed questions related to real-life situations they encounter on campus—adding a practical and relatable dimension to the discussion.<br />This workshop aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University’s support for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially:<br />• Goal 4: Quality Education – by fostering a supportive academic environment that enhances learning and meaningful engagement.<br />• Goal 5: Gender Equality – through empowering women’s units to take an active role in academic and social initiatives.<br />• Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions – by reinforcing a culture of dialogue and mutual respect within educational institutions.<br />• Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals – through meaningful collaboration between colleges and university divisions.<br />Al-Mustaqbal University – The First University in Iraq.<br />
