<br />Opening of Sustainability Week Activities at the Department of Communication Technologies Engineering – College of Engineering / Al-Mustaqbal University<br />In an atmosphere of scientific enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility, the Department of Communication Technologies Engineering – College of Engineering inaugurated the activities of Sustainability Week at Al-Mustaqbal University. The event was honored by the esteemed presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, who visited the department’s booth and reviewed a range of creative student projects and distinctive case studies reflecting a profound understanding of sustainability principles and their integration within the engineering domain.<br /><br />He was warmly received by:<br />Prof. Dr. Haider Jabbar Al-Janabi – Head of the Department of Communication Technologies Engineering,<br />and Lecturer Tamam Ali Abdul Abbas Al-Abidi – Head of the Sustainability Ambassadors Committee in the department, who played a pivotal role in organizing the event, from planning to on-ground execution, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and visionary leadership in embedding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into engineering education.<br /><br />The University President expressed his great admiration for the organization and the quality of presentations, affirming that what he witnessed reflects an advanced academic environment led by a competent faculty and innovative students.
