"Training Workshop on the Use of Bubble Sheet Devices for Final Exams Held by the Department of English – College of Education"

As part of the final exam preparations and in line with the university’s commitment to precision and efficiency in student assessment, the Department of English at the College of Education – Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized workshop titled:<br />"Using the Bubble Sheet Device in Final Examinations", delivered by Ms. Rasha Ihsan Saadon, Lecturer and Department Coordinator, with the participation of a select group of faculty members and academic staff.<br />The workshop aimed to train faculty members on the proper use of bubble sheet scanning devices—automated systems designed for multiple-choice assessments—within the broader framework of advancing digital assessment practices.<br />Key topics covered included:<br />• A detailed explanation of how the Bubble Sheet system works and how to prepare compatible question templates.<br />• Common student-related input errors, such as duplicated answers, incomplete fields, or use of inappropriate writing tools.<br />• A hands-on training segment on identifying and correcting errors using the device’s software.<br />• Practical guidance on validating result accuracy and generating detailed performance reports.<br />The workshop was notably interactive, featuring real-time simulations of common grading scenarios.
