Honoring the Staff and Faculty of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies during the “Future Week for Sustainability”<br /><br />Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and in the presence of the University’s Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies held an honorary ceremony to recognize its outstanding staff and students. This event came as an appreciation of their remarkable efforts and active contributions to the success of the “Future Week for Sustainability” activities.<br /><br />The Department of Chemical Engineering received special recognition, with all members of the department’s staff honored for their significant role throughout the week. In addition, a select group of faculty members were recognized:<br /><br />Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Ali Sayhood<br /><br />Assistant Lecturer Abrar Falah Naji<br /><br />Assistant Lecturer Saif Salam Saud<br /><br />They were honored for their excellence in presenting scientific activities, academic supervision, and their ongoing support for students and initiatives that promote sustainability concepts.<br /><br />The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Azher Mohsen Abd, the college’s assistant deans for scientific and administrative affairs, a distinguished group of faculty members, and a large number of students.<br /><br />In his speech during the event, the Dean expressed his pride in the efforts of the College of Engineering, emphasizing that such dedication reflects the college’s forward-looking vision in preparing competent individuals capable of innovation and contributing to sustainable development.<br /><br />
