Academic pressure: Frequent exams, difficult curricula, and high parental expectations.<br />2. Family problems: Such as family disintegration or a poor relationship with parents.<br />3. Unemployment or fear of the future: Anxiety about not getting a job or achieving one's ambitions.<br />4. Social media: Negative comparisons with others and cyberbullying.<br />5. Economic pressure: Weak financial status or the need for assistance in supporting one's family.<br />6. Romantic relationships: Failure in relationships or the pressures of an unbalanced love.<br /><br />Second: Symptoms of psychological stress:<br /><br />Constant anxiety and tension.<br />Sleep disturbances (insomnia or excessive sleep) and appetite disturbances.<br />_ Poor concentration and academic achievement.<br />_ Frequent headaches.<br />_ Irritability and excessive emotions.<br />_ Feeling frustrated or depressed.<br />_ Social isolation.<br /><br />Third: Ways to reduce psychological stress:<br /><br />1. Organize time and improve study or work skills.<br />2. Exercise regularly.<br />3. Talk to trusted people (such as family, friends, or a psychologist).<br />4. Avoid comparisons on social media.<br />5. Develop coping skills such as meditation or relaxation exercises.<br />6.
