In recent decades, technology has played a crucial role in enhancing women’s health by facilitating early diagnosis, improving healthcare delivery, and offering psychosocial support. Mobile applications, for instance, help track menstrual cycles, fertility, and pregnancy, empowering women to manage their reproductive health more effectively.
Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) have significantly increased the accuracy of diagnosing conditions like breast and ovarian cancer through faster and more precise analysis of medical imaging. Wearable devices such as smartwatches also aid in monitoring vital signs and alerting users to potential issues like hypertension or irregular heart rhythms.
In remote areas, telemedicine technologies have allowed women to access healthcare services without needing to travel, thus reducing health disparities between urban and rural communities. The integration of technology into women’s healthcare is a vital step toward a healthier and more equitable society.

Al-Mustaqbal University – The first university in Iraq.
