Prof. Dr. Mehdi Ebady Manaa, Head of the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems at Al-Mustaqbal University, has achieved a significant scientific accomplishment by publishing his research entitled:<br />"Resource Optimization of Cognitive Radio Sensor Network Using Hybrid Metaheuristic Optimization and Machine Learning Algorithms"<br />in the Mathematical Modelling of Engineering Problems journal, which is indexed in Scopus.<br />This research introduces an innovative hybrid algorithm for optimizing resources in cognitive radio sensor networks, contributing to:<br />• Improving spectrum utilization efficiency.<br />• Enhancing quality of service in smart medical applications.<br />• Reducing resource consumption in constrained systems.<br />This work supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to health, education, and innovation, and strengthens the university’s position as a leading hub for scientific research in Iraq.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University – The First University in Iraq.<br />
