The Department of Anesthesia Technology – Al-Mustaqbal University organized the second online workshop entitled “The Role of Anesthesia in Saving Lives During Disasters”, presented by Mr. Awab Thaer, with the attendance of Dr. Ahmed Khudair Al-Humairi, Head of the Department of Anesthesia, as well as a group of department staff and students.<br /><br />The workshop focused on strategies for handling emergency and disaster situations, life-saving methods, and effective medical coordination, aiming to enhance students’ readiness and skills in serving the community during critical situations.<br /><br />The workshop aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, reflecting the students’ role in promoting health awareness and sustainable medical practices.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University <br />The First University in Iraq.
