"Within the framework of striving to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education<br />Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, the Department of Aesthetic and Laser Technologies at the College of Health and Medical Techniques organized a training workshop entitled:<br />“Prevention from the Risks of Laser Radiation”<br />The workshop was delivered by:<br />Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Jasim<br />Asst. Lecturer Haiman Waleed Mathloom<br />Student Kawther Hassan / Second Stage<br />The workshop addressed the scientific and practical aspects related to the risks of laser radiation and the preventive measures to ensure safety, with an emphasis on adhering to international standards of protection during medical and cosmetic applications of laser.<br /><br />It was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, via the online platform (Google Meet), and witnessed active participation from university professors and students.<br />At the conclusion, participants praised the high level of scientific content and expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the Department of Aesthetic and Laser Technologies in enriching the academic and practical knowledge of its students.<br />Al _ Mustaqbal University, the first university in Iraq
