As part of the efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly **Goal 5: Gender Equality**. As part of enhancing the role of women in developing the institutional work environment, an awareness brochure titled **“Women: A Force in Institutional Reform”** was prepared. The brochure aims to highlight the importance of women’s participation in leadership and decision-making, as well as their active role in improving administrative performance and promoting the values of justice and equality within institutions. The brochure includes a set of key topics that illustrate how women contribute to building more efficient and stable institutions through initiative, the ability to manage challenges, and motivating work teams toward excellence and creativity. The brochure was prepared by **Asst.
