The Faculty of Science at Future University proudly acknowledges the active participation of the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, in the closing ceremony of the Iraq Education Conference 2025, held at the University of Baghdad from October 11–13 under the patronage of H.E. Minister Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and attended by prominent academics, researchers, and representatives of international institutions. The final day of the conference featured specialized sessions addressing key topics in higher education development, notably “Science and Technology Parks and Business Incubators,” and discussions on the implementation of the Bologna Process in Iraqi universities, along with its legislative and structural challenges. Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi also participated in the opening day, during which Future University was honored with four prestigious scientific awards for leading among private universities in: - Engineering and Technological Sciences, - Medical and Health Sciences, - Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences, in addition to the award for the Top Distinguished Private University in Iraq for 2024. The Faculty of Science affirms that this distinguished presence reflects the university’s commitment—particularly its scientific staff—to actively contributing to the advancement of higher education and research in Iraq, and reinforces Future University’s role as a pioneering institution in achieving sustainable development and fostering a knowledge-based economy.
