Under the auspices of Al-Mustaqbal University, an online training workshop on Exam Committee Transfer Procedures was held on Tuesday evening, October 7, 2025, with the participation of Department Heads, Rapporteurs, and Members of the Examination Committees. The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ skills in implementing transfer procedures within the electronic exam committee system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with the latest technological standards in academic management. During the session, attendees were introduced to the practical steps and workflow necessary to streamline operations and improve both academic and administrative performance across departments. 🔹 Attendance was recorded electronically, reflecting the importance of the topic and the university’s commitment to fostering engagement in developmental training programs. This workshop is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional efficiency and the use of digital technologies in supporting the educational process, in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly: Goal 4: Quality Education Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions Al-Mustaqbal University – the first university in Iraq.
