Under the Patronage of the Dean of the College of Nursing at Al-Mustaqbal University As part of the applied scientific activities, third- and fourth-year students from the Pediatric Nursing Department organized a scientific visit to Al-Tifl Al-Thaki (The Smart Child) Model Kindergarten on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, under the supervision of Dr. Mahdi Saleh Hadi, and as part of the practical course requirements for the Pediatric Nursing subject. The visit aimed to enhance the students’ practical skills by applying theoretical concepts related to child care, growth, and development within early educational environments. It also sought to develop students’ communication skills with children and their understanding of children’s health and psychological needs within the kindergarten setting. A group of faculty members from the Pediatric Nursing Department accompanied the students during the visit, supervising the educational activities and clinical observations. The students showed great interaction with the children and the kindergarten staff, emphasizing the importance of such visits in linking theoretical study with practical application. At the end of the visit, the kindergarten staff expressed their gratitude to Al-Mustaqbal University and the College of Nursing for this initiative, which contributes to preparing qualified nurses capable of providing professional and compassionate care for children.
