Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College of Science, and under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Sami Abdul-Hussein Habana, Head of the Department of Forensic Evidence, students from the Department of Forensic Evidence participated in the “Future Ambassadors for Sustainability” Camp, held at Babylon Resort on Friday and Saturday, October 17–18, 2025.
The participation came as part of the University’s Kardous Program, which aims to foster teamwork, environmental awareness, and community engagement among students through interactive activities and educational displays focused on sustainability, environmental responsibility, and green innovation.
The Dean of the College of Science praised the dedication and active involvement of the Forensic Evidence students, emphasizing that the university continuously seeks to integrate sustainability principles into academic curricula and student life, in order to prepare a generation capable of contributing to a sustainable and progressive future.
This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by Al-Mustaqbal University, particularly:
