The Department of Medical Instrumentation Engineering Techniques held a scientific workshop titled "Medical Endoscopes and Development Prospects" as part of the Department's academic activities. The workshop aimed to highlight the latest technologies used in the field of medical endoscopes and their role in advancing diagnostic methods and surgical treatments, in addition to discussing the future prospects of development in this vital field. The workshop included a scientific lecture presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Saad Mutasher, who covered the working principle of endoscopes, their types, and the latest innovations achieved by international companies in this specialty. The workshop was attended by a number of faculty members and students, who actively engaged with the lecture through fruitful questions and scientific discussions. In conclusion, emphasis was placed on the importance of keeping pace with modern developments in medical device technology due to its significant role in improving the quality of healthcare services. This effort contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).
