Precision medicine relies on the analysis of large-scale health data to tailor treatments to individual patients. Networks are central to this transformation. High-speed, high-capacity network infrastructures allow hospitals, laboratories, and research institutions to share genomic, clinical, and behavioral data in real time. Cloud computing and distributed databases further support the storage and processing of this data across institutions. By linking these diverse data sources, researchers can identify patterns, predict disease risks, and develop personalized therapies. The success of precision medicine depends not only on the availability of data but also on secure, fast, and interoperable networks that enable seamless collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem.
