i n line with efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4,Based on the directives of the President of Future University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the Department of Industrial College Technologies at the College of Health and Medical Technologies held an online scientific workshop titled “Mutual Respect in the Educational Environment.” The workshop was presented by the department secretary, Assistant Lecturer Zainab Ali Mohsen, and the administrator Ms. Tabarak Ahmed Turki, on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The workshop aimed to instill the concept of mutual respect among students, faculty members, and administrative staff, as one of the most important pillars for the success of the educational process and for creating a positive university environment based on cooperation, understanding, and shared responsibility. The workshop included discussions on ways to enhance human relations within the campus, the role of respect in improving communication efficiency, and enhancing academic and administrative performance, in addition to emphasizing the importance of spreading a culture of tolerance and acceptance of others within the university community. The workshop concluded with recommendations calling for the adoption of positive practices that foster a safe educational environment conducive to creativity and excellence.
