Cancer diseases are a group of illnesses characterized by the uncontrolled and abnormal growth of cells in the body. These cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood or lymphatic system, making the disease dangerous if not detected early.
The most common types of cancer include breast cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and leukemia.
Causes of cancer include smoking, unhealthy diet, exposure to radiation or chemicals, and genetic factors.
Prevention is possible by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, avoiding smoking and alcohol, and getting regular early check-ups.
