Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of almustaqbal University, and Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College of Science, the College of Science organized a specialized workshop on the requirements of the SIS system and the procedures mandated by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The workshop was led by Dr. Mahdi Abbadi Mani’, with the participation of department heads, rapporteurs, and members of the subcommittees. The session included a review of the current completion rates within the SIS system and an overview of the tasks that have been finalized. The workshop also provided a detailed explanation of the remaining requirements that must be completed in the upcoming period, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the timeline set by the Ministry. Participants highlighted the role of the SIS system in enhancing administrative and academic performance and improving the quality of services provided to students. The workshop featured constructive discussions aimed at improving workflow mechanisms, aligning efforts among departments, and ensuring unified implementation of the system’s requirements, thereby strengthening the College of Science’s readiness to meet upcoming institutional quality standards.
