⸻ Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, The Department of Artificial Intelligence held a workshop on Saturday, 08/11/2025, about the Student Information System (SIS), presented by Prof. Dr. Mahdi Abbadi Mani. The workshop was attended by heads and rapporteurs of the departments, SIS officers at the College of Sciences, and the SIS System Officer, Asst. Lecturer Hadi Salah Hadi, with the aim of completing the essential procedures of the system before the ministerial migration deadline. The workshop included discussing and explaining the following tasks: • Verifying the complete student information within the Student Information page. • Adding students to the departments of the College of Sciences. • Entering the academic courses of the departments, the college, and the university, with accurate coding. • Adding the data of faculty members and graduates. • Linking students to the academic courses within the system. Prof. Dr. Mahdi Abbadi Mani emphasized during the workshop the importance of completing these tasks on time in preparation for the student migration process before 12/11/2025, in accordance with ministerial instructions, in a way that ensures accurate data and smooth administrative and academic procedures. This workshop comes as part of the College of Sciences’ efforts to develop electronic systems and enhance the digital transformation path at Al-Mustaqbal University, in alignment with the orientations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research toward modernizing the academic and administrative work environment.
