with the patronage of the esteemed University President, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, the Information Technology Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized workshop on managing the updated university website, including adding academic courses, staff information, updating profiles, and ensuring continuous publishing. The workshop was presented by: Dr. Wameed Diyaa Asst. Lecturer Mohammad Meetham Mohammad Asst. Lecturer Mustafa Fahim Ibrahim They explained the new updates added to the upgraded website, which included: The mechanism for adding academic courses to the platform. Entering and updating faculty members’ data. Updating each instructor’s personal profile. Ensuring continuous publishing to organize content and facilitate students’ access to information. The meeting included representatives from all departments, divisions, and units across the university, aiming to enhance their skills in using the electronic platform and improve mechanisms for publishing academic and administrative content more efficiently. The workshop was attended by representatives of all departments, including the representative of the Department of biology, Noor Al-Huda Azmi Hassan. At the end of the workshop, a discussion session was held to answer participants’ inquiries, emphasizing the importance of keeping up with technological advancements to improve the quality of electronic services at the university. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq.
