Under the patronage of the President of the University of Al-Mustaqbal, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, The Department of Intelligent Medical Systems held a workshop on Saturday, November 8, 2025, on the Student Information System (SIS), presented by Professor Dr. Mahdi Abadi Maan, Head of the Department. The workshop was attended by department heads, rapporteurs, and SIS representatives in the College of Sciences, with the aim of completing the essential procedures required in the system before the scheduled ministerial data migration. The workshop included discussing and explaining the following tasks: Verifying students’ complete information within the Student Information page. Adding students to the departments of the College of Sciences. Entering the academic courses for the departments, college, and university, with precise code configuration. Adding data for department instructors and graduates. Linking students to their academic courses within the system. During the workshop, Professor Dr. Mahdi Abadi Maan emphasized the importance of completing these tasks on time in preparation for student data migration before November 12, 2025, in accordance with ministerial guidelines, to ensure data accuracy and smooth administrative and academic procedures. This workshop comes as part of the College of Sciences’ efforts to develop electronic systems and strengthen the digital transformation process at the University of Al-Mustaqbal, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s vision to modernize the academic and administrative work environment.
