Under the Patronage of the honorable president of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Hasan Shakir Majdi, and under the supervision of Prof. Athraa Yahya Al-Hijjazi, Dean of the College of Dentistry, the College of Dentistry at Al-Mustaqbal University held its first Poetry Festival on Sunday, 16/11, under the slogan:
“Al-Mustaqbal University Sings for Iraq.”
The festival witnessed a wide attendance from students and enthusiasts. The event featured a distinguished group of Iraqi poets whose voices resonated with verses of patriotism, belonging, and hope. The program also included remarkable poetic contributions from the college’s students, who demonstrated their literary presence and their ability to express and create with confidence and originality.
This festival comes as part of the College of Dentistry’s commitment to nurturing student talents and enhancing cultural and artistic activities within the university, contributing to building well-rounded students who combine academic excellence with cultural awareness.
