As part of the scientific and research activities of the Department of Medical Biotechnology at the College of Science, the lecturer Asst. Lecturer Rasha Fajr Kzar participated in the Third International Conference on Medical Sciences, organized by Al-Kunuz University, with her research titled:
“Investigation of Bacterial Contamination Levels in Local Slaughtering Sites in Babylon Province.”
The study presented a field-based assessment of bacterial contamination in slaughtering sites and its impact on public health. It also provided recommendations to reduce such contamination through preventive measures and improvements to the working environment in these locations.
This participation reflects the commitment of the Department of Medical Biotechnology to supporting scientific research and contributing to local and international scientific events, thereby enhancing the standing of the College and the University within academic and medical communities.
