As part of its outreach and promotion activities, the Department of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Industries organized a week-long field visit to the Registrar's Office to introduce the department and its importance in both the academic and industrial sectors. The visit included meetings with students and faculty members, during which the nature of the program was explained, along with the scientific and practical skills students acquire throughout their studies. The job opportunities available to graduates in the oil, industrial, and chemical sectors were also highlighted. The visiting team emphasized the importance of this specialization in the job market and the vital role of chemical engineers in operating and developing the petroleum industry and advancing the country's industrial landscape.
