In alignment with Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision to strengthen academic, scientific, and research cooperation between governmental and private educational institutions—and in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—the Biology Department Rapporteur, Asst. Lecturer and certified human development trainer Jaafar Hamed Jaafar, was honored by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hadi Shanian, Dean of the College of Science – University of Babylon, in recognition of his distinguished efforts in delivering a scientific seminar at the college. The Seminar The seminar, titled: “How to Prepare a CV and Successfully Pass a Job Interview”, was presented to a large audience of fourth-stage students at the College of Science. During the seminar, the speaker addressed: Key scientific and professional foundations for creating an effective and professional resume. Practical skills needed to successfully pass job interviews. Strategies to enhance students’ self-confidence and readiness when applying for job opportunities. The seminar received significant interaction and engagement from the students due to its practical importance in supporting their future career paths. The Honor Ceremony At the end of the seminar, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hadi Shanian, Dean of the College of Science – University of Babylon, presented a Letter of Appreciation to Asst. Lecturer Jaafar Hamed Jaafar, expressing gratitude for his scientific contribution, dedication to student development, and active role in promoting academic cooperation between the two universities. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq.
