One of the most important practical applications of NLP is the chat systems (Chatbots) and the smart aids we use in phones and websites. These systems work by training advanced models on large amounts of linguistic data, in order to be able to interpret the user's question and formulate a clear and direct answer. Chat systems have evolved a lot in recent years, and have become able to understand the context, distinguish emotions, and adapt to the user's style. It can also be integrated into multiple fields such as: customer service, education, health, and business. This improves the user experience, accelerates the completion of tasks, and reduces the cost to organizations.
