Under the supervision of the Continuing Education Center at Future University, the administrative staff member from the Department of Medical Biotechnology, College of Science, participated in the eighth training workshop of the program designed to develop the skills of newly appointed employees. The workshop was titled “Creative Thinking in Solving Work Problems.”
The workshop was delivered by Prof. Mohsen Aboud via an online platform at 9:00 PM, where he discussed the principles of creative thinking and its role in addressing administrative challenges within the university environment. The session included practical examples and modern techniques for generating innovative ideas and proposing effective solutions to workplace problems using scientifically based approaches.
This participation reflects the department’s ongoing commitment to developing the professional competencies of its administrative staff and supporting them through workshops and programs that enhance institutional performance.
