Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, the Women’s Affairs Division, in cooperation with the College of Health and Medical Technologies – Department of Industrial College Technologies, organized an awareness campaign titled “The Importance of Women’s Role in Society.” This initiative comes as part of the university’s efforts to enhance community awareness and reinforce the pillar of participation and institutional reform, particularly the tenth goal related to gender equality. The campaign was carried out under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sahira Qahtan, Head of the Women’s Affairs Division, with the participation of Assistant Lecturer Zainab Ali Mohsen and Ms. Tabarak Ahmed Turki, on 23 November 2025. The activity included the distribution of awareness brochures across the university campus, highlighting the pivotal role of women in society, encouraging female students to understand their rights, and emphasizing the importance of their active participation in development, education, and the workforce. This campaign aligns with the university’s commitment to supporting initiatives that empower women and engage them in awareness programs that contribute to building a more conscious and inclusive academic community.
