The Department of Anesthesia Technologies at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized an awareness campaign addressing the random use of painkillers and sedatives, as part of ongoing efforts to promote health awareness among students and the university community. The campaign involved distributing informative brochures, provided by Mr. Ali Qasim Jawad and the Department Coordinator Ali Haider, aiming to educate students about the risks of using these medications improperly and their negative effects on general health and vital bodily functions. This activity reflects the department’s commitment to promoting health literacy and encouraging preventive behaviors, helping to protect the university community from the dangers associated with unsafe use of painkillers and sedatives.
