The Department of Media at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness seminar on the causes and solutions to the phenomenon of drug abuse, with the attendance of the Dean of the College, the Assistant Dean, and a number of faculty members. Assistant Professor Dr. Hamza Abees Abd Al-Sada discussed the main reasons behind the spread of drug abuse, including social pressures, weak family awareness, and environmental influences. The seminar also presented key solutions such as enhancing awareness, activating counseling programs, providing psychological support, and strengthening legal measures. The seminar witnessed active participation from attendees, who emphasized the importance of continuing such activities to help reduce this phenomenon.
