In alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, Al-Mustaqbal University is preparing to host a major central celebration marking its leading achievements in two prestigious global rankings. The University has earned First Place in Iraq in the Times Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026 (ISR 2026), in addition to topping Iraqi private universities and achieving Second Place nationally in the QS World University Ranking: Sustainability 2026. These remarkable accomplishments reinforce the University's distinguished position locally and internationally. The University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdy, chaired an extensive meeting that included the Administrative Vice President, the Director of Academic Supervision, several deans, and directors of research centers and relevant departments to review the preparations for the upcoming celebration. At the outset of the meeting, the President extended heartfelt congratulations to the faculty members, staff, and students, praising the significant achievements that have positioned Al-Mustaqbal University at the forefront of excellence, innovation, and academic competitiveness, both nationally and globally. The President also reviewed the proposed program for the central celebration, emphasizing the importance of showcasing these accomplishments and presenting the event in a manner that reflects the University's prestigious status, innovative spirit, and continued commitment to academic and research excellence.
