As part of the field trip organized for students of the Department of Construction and Building Engineering Technologies, a training and introductory session was held at Al-Mustaqbal Hospital focusing on occupational safety systems within the hospital, with the participation of a group of students and supervision by the hospital’s engineering staff. The session included a detailed explanation of the hospital’s fire protection systems, the operation and importance of emergency exits, as well as demonstrations on early warning and alarm systems and how to respond to emergency situations. The engineering team also reviewed key safety standards required in healthcare facilities to ensure the protection of patients, employees, and visitors. The session aimed to enhance students’ awareness of safety measures in medical buildings and to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world field practices that strengthen their academic and practical skills.
