The Department of Media at Al-Mustaqbal University participated in the activities of the First Poetry Conference, held on 16/11/2025 under the slogan “We Sing for Iraq”, at the College of Dentistry building. The conference was attended by a select group of poets from the Babel Union of Writers, along with several poets from the university. Lecturer Asst. Inst. Sabah Al-Askari, from the Department of Media, presented his poem as part of the festival’s program, receiving notable interaction from the audience. At the conclusion of the event, commemorative photos were taken and awards were distributed to the participating poets by the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Athraa Al-Hijazi. The conference was held under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi. Al-Mustaqbal University – the No. 1 Private University in Iraq
