The Anesthesia Technology Department organized a scientific workshop titled “Time Management and Focus in the Digital Distraction Era”, presented by Dr. Sajad Alwan Kitab, with the attendance of the Head of the Anesthesia Department, faculty members, and a group of students. The workshop addressed the growing impact of digital distractions on academic and professional performance, offering practical strategies to enhance concentration and manage time, such as prioritization, work-organization techniques, and smart-distraction reduction. An interactive session was also held to discuss the major challenges students face in today’s digital learning environment.
