Under the patronage of the President of Almustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani In celebration of ranking first in Iraq across three prestigious international classifications (Times Ranking for Interdisciplinary Science ISR 2026, QS Sustainability Ranking 2026, and Times Arab University Ranking), Almustaqbal University inaugurated a series of art and science exhibitions. The opening ceremonies were held under the patronage and presence of the Governor of Babylon, Mr. Adnan Faihan Al-Dulaimi, and with the participation of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Heads of Departments, alongside the Chairman of the Babylon Provincial Council, the Head of the Scientific Research Authority, and a number of academic figures and officials. The activities included an art exhibition featuring awareness paintings on combating narcotics, and scientific exhibitions showcasing qualitative innovations in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Technology, and Renewable Energy. These exhibitions notably witnessed the active and distinguished participation of students from the Medical Physics Department at the College of Science, who presented their applied projects aimed at serving the community. Attendees praised the quality of the displayed works and their alignment with the University’s leading position in global rankings, emphasizing the role of these activities in supporting pathways for innovation and scientific development in Iraq. AL_mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq
