The Department of Building and Construction Engineering Technologies organized a training workshop titled “Innovation Techniques and Continuous Improvement in Engineering Project Management”, presented by Mr. Aqeel Abdulhassan Hussein, with the participation of a group of students.
The workshop addressed modern methods for enhancing innovation within the engineering work environment and highlighted the role of continuous improvement in increasing project management efficiency, achieving quality, and minimizing waste. It also included practical applications on problem analysis, solution development, and the use of engineering tools that contribute to improving performance and achieving project goals.
This workshop comes as part of the department’s ongoing scientific activities aimed at developing students’ skills and connecting them with modern professional practices in project management.
