The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University has launched a promotional campaign inside the Registration and Student Affairs Department, aiming to introduce new students and visitors to the importance of the specialization and its humanitarian, medical, and technical role in serving the community. Several faculty members from the department participated in the campaign, including Assistant Lecturer Maryam Ghassan Ghafar and Assistant Aya Hassan Talib, who provided simplified explanations about the nature of the program, the skills students acquire, and the future career opportunities in prosthetics manufacturing, assistive devices, and rehabilitation. The campaign also included the distribution of informational brochures, showcasing models of prosthetic and orthotic devices, and answering students’ inquiries regarding admission requirements, academic courses, and the department’s laboratories.
