The Department of Artificial Intelligence organizes an awareness workshop on the smart and safe use of artificial intelligence Under the patronage of the President of the Future University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, the Department of Artificial Intelligence organized an awareness workshop on how to use artificial intelligence intelligently and safely, on 12/3/2025 at 11:00 am. The workshop was organized by M. M. Hadi Salah Hadi, M. Benin Nazem During the workshop, the right behaviors were highlighted when dealing with artificial intelligence applications and tools, while emphasizing the importance of digital awareness in an era when technological developments are accelerating The workshop included a set of important guidelines, most notably: • Ensuring the validity of information and not relying on artificial intelligence as a final source of information, but rather verifying reliable sources. • Protect privacy by avoiding sharing sensitive data or personal information in any AI platform or model. • Dealing with ethics in the use of technologies, such as not using them to spread rumors or create misleading content. • Smart use of artificial intelligence tools in education, research, and analysis, without fully relying on them, but using them as an aid only. • Awareness of technical risks such as deep forgery or inaccurate content, and learn how to differentiate between real content and automated content. Participating students were able to interact with the lecturer and ask their questions, which contributed to raising their technical awareness and enhancing their understanding of how to use artificial intelligence responsibly Al-Mustaqbal University, the first Iraqi private universities
