Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems organized a specialized workshop on the Student Information System (SIS) on the morning of Saturday, 1/12/2025, presented by Prof. Dr. Mehdi Ebady Manaa’ – Head of the Department. The workshop was attended by department heads, rapporteurs, and SIS authorized users in the College of Science, with the aim of completing the essential procedures related to the system prior to the ministerial data migration deadline. The workshop included discussion and explanation of several key tasks, most notably: • Auditing students’ full information within the Student Information page. • Adding students to the departments of the College of Science according to their specializations. • Entering academic courses for the departments, college, and university with precise coding. • Adding data of department faculty members and graduates to the system. • Linking students to their academic courses within the system to ensure the accuracy of schedules and academic records. During the workshop, Prof. Dr. Mehdi Ebady Manaa’ emphasized the importance of completing these tasks within the specified timeframe, in preparation for the student data migration before 12/5/2025, in accordance with ministerial guidelines, ensuring data accuracy and smooth administrative and academic processes. This workshop comes as part of the ongoing efforts of the College of Science to develop electronic systems and enhance the digital transformation process at Al-Mustaqbal University, in alignment with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research toward modernizing the academic and administrative work environment.
