To achieve Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), a workshop was held as part of the Psychological and Educational Counseling Week. The workshop, presented by Ms. Iman Yasser Hussein and Engineer Baraa Mahdi, targeted second-year students to enhance their time management skills and ability to cope with academic pressures. The workshop included an interactive dialogue session that discussed the most prominent challenges students face in managing their time, in addition to proposing practical solutions such as task division, using time management techniques, and avoiding procrastination. Students also shared their opinions and daily experiences, contributing to a positive and supportive discussion environment. The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations to help students achieve a balance between studying and rest, emphasizing the importance of adopting healthy habits and organizational skills that contribute to improving their academic performance and reducing stress. The workshop was met with great enthusiasm from the students, who affirmed its importance and role in improving their study methods during the semester.
