As part of a series of scientific seminars aimed at developing students’ academic skills, the Department of Anesthesia at Al Mustaqbal University organized a seminar titled “Burns: Causes, Treatment, and Prevention”, presented by a group of second-year students. The seminar was attended by Head of the Department of Anesthesia, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khudair Al-Humairi, Department Coordinator Dr. Sajad Alwan, and lecturers Abbas Sabri and Ahmed Ibrahim, under the supervision of Specialist Physician Dr. Talib Jigan Al-Shammari. This seminar reflects the department’s commitment to enhancing students’ scientific and practical skills, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, by raising health awareness and equipping students with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to handle emergency and preventive medical cases.
