This paper explored the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the graphic design industry, questioning whether AI-powered applications possess the same level of creativity as a human designer. The research acknowledged that AI can automate numerous routine procedures, which reduces labor-intensive work and frees up time for professional designers to focus on creativity. The study analyzed several applications, noting that customer-targeted apps (like Logojoy) can create designs quickly but often lack uniqueness and effectiveness, potentially leading to "design pollution." Conversely, applications aimed at professionals (like Adobe Sensei) succeed in automating tedious tasks, increasing workflow efficiency. However, the research emphasized that graphic design inherently involves aesthetic and creative issues that require the designer's consciousness and expertise, which AI currently lacks. Consequently, the inventiveness of the final piece is entirely dependent on the designer's skill. Conclusion: The study concluded that AI is a powerful tool for increasing efficiency and speed and will continue to shape the future of graphic design. However, it stressed that designers must master fundamental design concepts and theory and strive to be more imaginative, as AI will take over routine work, allowing them to concentrate on complex creative aspects.
